You may submit multiple listings of the same property if it fits into more than one category.
For example, a property might have both office and retail space available.
We have provided the capability for posting detailed information regarding HAVES and WANTS.
Although we require that only a relatively small number of the available fields be used, you should keep in mind that the more information provided,
the more likely that inquiries will be from suitable prospects, resulting in less wasted time for both parties
The Haves&Wants databases for real estate can currently be searched (1)
as to property characteristic by Size and Price and (2) as to location by Zip/Postal Code. Accordingly, it is extremely important
that the correct Zip/Postal Code be provided. Zip codes for any United States location can be found on the
USPS site. It is possible that we will also make it
searchable by City and by Area Code in the future, so it is also important that the correct official name of the City and that the correct Area Code be used.
